Privacy Policy

PrintMarks Printing Services ("PrintMarks", "we", "us") provides the PrintMarks Windows application, connected website, account services, subscriptions, storefronts, online print-job transfer, support, and related business tools.
Our privacy principles
PrintMarks is designed around transparency, legitimate purpose, proportionality, account isolation, and reasonable security. In the Philippines, personal-data processing is subject to Republic Act No. 10173 (Data Privacy Act of 2012) and its implementing rules where applicable.
Data we may process
- Account information such as name, email, verified authentication identity, account/shop type, and shop profile.
- Subscription/payment records such as plan, amount, payment reference, payment status, and timestamps. PrintMarks does not ask for your GCash PIN, OTP, wallet password, or card authentication secret.
- Device/security information used for verified-PC controls, fraud prevention, recovery, and security auditing.
- Online print-job specifications, notes, filenames, transfer status, temporary uploads, messages, notifications, storefront, partner/referral, and loyalty information when those features are used.
- Local diagnostic/performance information. Support packages are not uploaded automatically.
Print files and photos
Online Print Job file bytes are intended for temporary transfer to the selected shop. The web workflow is designed to delete transferred bytes promptly and expire files that are not received within the shop's configured retention window. Job metadata needed for security, reconciliation, or audit may have a different retention period. Files edited or printed locally normally stay on the user's or shop's PC unless an online feature is deliberately used.
Why data is used
Data is used to provide and secure accounts, licensed features and subscriptions; process/reconcile payments; transfer print jobs; operate storefront, messaging, loyalty, referral and partner features; prevent abuse; support recovery; diagnose failures; comply with legal/accounting requirements; and improve reliability.
Service providers
PrintMarks may rely on providers necessary to operate the service, including Supabase, Cloudflare, payment providers such as PayMongo or GCash workflows, configured email-delivery providers, and hosting/infrastructure providers.
Security
Controls may include authenticated access, Row Level Security, server-authorized privileged operations, Developer MFA, signed updates, account/device controls, encrypted transport, access logging, temporary-file expiration, and account-isolated Windows workspaces. No system can guarantee absolute security.
Retention
We keep data only as long as reasonably necessary for service delivery, security, disputes, fraud prevention, accounting/payment reconciliation, legal obligations, and legitimate business records. Temporary print-file bytes use a much shorter lifecycle than account, payment, or security-audit records.
Your rights and account deletion
Subject to applicable law, data subjects may have rights to information, access, objection, correction, erasure/blocking where appropriate, portability where applicable, and remedies for violations. Signed-in users can submit an Account Deletion Request from My PrintMarks. Requests are reviewed before irreversible deletion so required payment/accounting, fraud/security, unresolved transaction, legal, or third-party records are not removed incorrectly.
Support packages
The Windows app can create a sanitized support ZIP. It excludes customer databases and print-file contents and redacts common secrets, tokens, email addresses, phone numbers, and Windows user-profile names. It remains on your PC until you choose to send it.
Children
PrintMarks is a business/printing platform, not a child-directed online service. Shops remain responsible for permissions required when processing photographs, IDs, school materials, or other personal data involving minors.
